In previous years, I've been able to modify habits using the Lent 40-Day-Period as a guideline. This year, I want to go all out and not just modify one thing, but go through a boot camp to commit to an entire lifestyle change.
For my spiritual life, I am using Robert Schnase's 40 Days of Fruitful Living as a guidebook.
I have yet to make a decision on what my health boot camp portion will look like. I have 10 days to decide!
As for the cerebral part - I want to choose something that I know nothing about, and learn it.
Who knows what else?
