I started to make a list of things that I believe would be good to include in the boot camp:
drinking water
taking vitamins
giving up bread
lifting weights
walking
reading "40 Days" book
learning something new
doing good works
go through basement boxes
writing book
...and more...
The question is - what will make the biggest difference if I do it for40 days straight?
Then, the Girl Scout Cookies were delivered. Damn.

T-10 Days
In previous years, I've been able to modify habits using the Lent 40-Day-Period as a guideline. This year, I want to go all out and not just modify one thing, but go through a boot camp to commit to an entire lifestyle change.
For my spiritual life, I am using Robert Schnase's 40 Days of Fruitful Living as a guidebook.
I have yet to make a decision on what my health boot camp portion will look like. I have 10 days to decide!
As for the cerebral part - I want to choose something that I know nothing about, and learn it.
Who knows what else?
